Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Muzahim mobile app and this website, provided by DEVIGN LLC (“we”, “us”). By using either, you agree to these Terms. Effective date: 10 August 2026. The English text of these Terms is the operative version; the Arabic summary above is provided for convenience only.

Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between you and DEVIGN LLC. “You” means the person or agency using the service. Where you use the app on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Accounts, agencies and creators

Muzahim is a business-to-business tool, and an account only ever sits inside one agency. Accounts come into being in one of three ways:

• The agency workspace is provisioned by us. We create and activate the agency workspace for the agency the service is operated for. Nobody can open an agency account from the app or from this website, and we may decline or revoke an activation at our discretion.
• Agency staff are invited. Staff do not sign up on their own; they are invited by their agency and join through that invitation. An invitation expires, and a person who has not accepted one has no account.
• A creator can create their own account from the app, with an email address and a password or by signing in with Apple. Creating an account does not join you to an agency: a creator is connected to an agency by that agency, either by invitation or by applying to it, and until then there is no roster, no figures and nobody to message.

Your account belongs to you alone. Do not share your password or hand your account to anyone else. You must be an adult (18+) to use the service. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password and contact us.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another agency, another agent’s creators, or another person’s account.
• Do not probe, scan or attack the service, or try to bypass a rate limit, a permission check or a sign-in. If you find a security issue, report it to us instead.
• Do not point automated software, scrapers or bots at the app or this site.
• Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to break TikTok’s own rules.

Objectionable content and abusive behaviour

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusive users. The app lets the people inside one agency message each other, and everything below applies to anything you send there, to anything you write on a profile, and to any file you upload.

Do not send, post or upload anything that is:

• harassing, bullying, threatening, or intended to intimidate or humiliate someone;
• hateful or degrading towards a person or a group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age;
• sexually explicit, sexually suggestive towards someone who has not invited it, or sexual content involving a minor in any form whatsoever;
• violent, graphic or an incitement to harm, including self-harm;
• defamatory, deliberately false, or an impersonation of another person;
• a scam, a phishing attempt, unsolicited advertising, or an approach to move a person off the service in order to sell to them or to defraud them;
• otherwise unlawful, or an infringement of someone else’s rights.

Reporting, blocking, and what we do about it

• Report. Any message, and any conversation, can be reported from inside the app: open the conversation, choose Report or block, and say what is wrong. A report reaches your agency’s moderators immediately. Reports of objectionable content are acted on within 24 hours, and content that breaches this section is removed and the account behind it suspended.
• Block. You can block any person you can message, from the same place. Blocking is immediate and stops them contacting you. Everyone you have blocked is listed on the Blocked people screen in the app, where you can unblock them again.
• Suspension. Agency moderators review every report, and can suspend an account that breaks this section. We may also suspend or terminate an account ourselves, without notice, for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Serious matters, including anything involving the safety of a child, are referred to the appropriate authorities.
• Reach us directly. If a report is not dealt with, or if you would rather not raise it inside your agency, write to support@muzahimagency.com. We answer.

Using the app means you accept these standards, and accept that content breaching them may be removed and the account behind it suspended.

What we are, and what we are not

We provide the software an agency runs its roster on. We are not your employer, your agent or your agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of TikTok. We do not decide who is on a roster, what a reward target is, whether a month qualified, or what an agency agrees with anyone outside the app.

Monthly figures shown in the app are what TikTok reported to your agency, read through the agency’s own TikTok Backstage connection and reproduced here. If a figure looks wrong, the answer lies with TikTok and your agency, though we will help trace where a number came from.

No payments; DPoints and diamonds are informational

The app processes no payments and contains nothing purchasable. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions sold in the app. DPoints (◈) and diamonds shown in the app are informational metrics only: they are not a currency, they cannot be bought, sold or exchanged in the app, and they are not a balance you are owed or a promise of any kind. Whatever a creator and their agency arrange between themselves is a matter for the two of them, outside the app entirely.

Intellectual property

Muzahim, including its software, design, logo and name, is our property or that of our licensors, and using the service transfers none of it to you. Muzahim is an independent tool; TikTok, TikTok LIVE and Diamonds are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe compatibility, and we claim no rights in them. The account and roster data you enter remains yours or your agency’s; we hold it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may take it down for maintenance and may change, add or remove features over time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not permit us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost profits, lost opportunity or lost data, and our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim -- which, where an agency pays for a seat, is nothing. Where you are a consumer, you keep every right your local law gives you.

If you use the service on behalf of an agency and your agency’s use of it causes a claim against us, the agency is responsible for that claim, and agrees to indemnify us against it, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can end your use at any time by deleting your account in the app or on this website; deletion is immediate and permanent. Your agency can also remove you from its roster, ending your access to that agency’s data without deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used to attack the service, to reach another party’s data, or to break the law, and will tell you why unless doing so would be unlawful. What survives deletion is set out under the Privacy Policy.

App Store and Google Play terms

If you obtained the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple requires us to state the following, and it is all true:

• This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its contents.
• Your licence to use the app is a personal, limited licence on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store’s Usage Rules.
• Support is ours to provide, not Apple’s; our support page explains how to reach us.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price -- which is nothing, because the app is free. Beyond that, Apple has no warranty, and Apple has no obligation to provide support; any other claim is ours to answer.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement or infringes intellectual-property rights.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and are not on any US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you obtained the app from Google Play, Google’s own terms apply to that download alongside these Terms. Google is not a party to this agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there have jurisdiction over any dispute -- except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live under your local law.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in effect. Our not enforcing a provision once is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms to anyone else; we may transfer them if our business is sold, and will tell you first.
